昭和43年青山で創業。
昭和43年夏、洋食店として古屋秀治・啓子によって南青山に開業致した【青山からす亭】。店名の由来は神話にある、縁起の良い八咫烏（やたからす）の「三本足のからす」です。
ちなみに足はフォークで帽子もかぶらせてあります。
八咫からすが描かれている包装紙に包まれた当店のヒレカツ（勝）サンドは縁起が良いと永年親しまれています。
小さい頃にシェフの祖父が作ってくれた料理が原点であり、からす亭の洋食というものにこだわ
...っていきたいという思いを感じるお店です。
