昭和43年青山で創業。
昭和43年夏、洋食店として古屋秀治・啓子によって南青山に開業致した【青山からす亭】。店名の由来は神話にある、縁起の良い八咫烏（やたからす）の「三本足のからす」です。 |
天気がいいのでお堀端を散歩して、一時過ぎに入店。落ち着いた雰囲気がとてもいい。
唯一昼からビール飲んでる国会議員と秘書の議員噂話が喧しいが(^^)
ハンバーグと季節最期のカキフライをオーダー。卓上に何やら変わった形のソースがあり、裏面を読みながら、到着を待つ。
手作りのハンバーグ、100グラムくらいと小さいが、デミグラスソースと相まって好きな味。
カキフライも中ぶりで、からりと揚がり普通に美味しい。卓上のソースもいいお味。
ワインもリーズナブルなラインナップがあるのが分かったから、次は夜に来たいねー。
