「麹町」
「麹町」にある鰻の老舗名店。「今東光氏」直筆の看板が有名。遠くから「う」の字の看板が見えたら、それが、「秋本」。 |
今日は奮発してうなぎ！ということで、
うな重（竹）4,200円
肝吸いもの 300円
を注文
うなぎは厚めでふっくらしたものを想像してましたが、実際はかなり薄めでペラペラなものが2枚と、悪い意味で期待を裏切られました（汗）
タレもかなり甘味が控えめな特色のないもの
せめて仕上げ方にこだわりが感じられれば少しでも満足感につながったかもしれません
長野県〇〇市のとあるうなぎやさんで4,000円以上出せばこれの3倍の暑さで皮はカリカリ、中はふっくらに仕上げてくれたうなぎが出てきます。
地方のうなぎで有名な店と単純比較はできないですが、いくらなんでも、、、という感じでした
肝吸いもまぁ普通です
好評価の方多いですが（？）不思議に感じます
