フランスのパン屋さんの日本1号店とのことで、絶対に美味しいはずと思って購入して帰りましたが、本当に美味しかったです。もう夢中になっていただきまして、肝心なパンの写真を撮る隙を与えられませんでした。言い訳...すみません。
特にフィユテというフランスパン生地のクロワッサンに衝撃を受けました。この美味しさ、初めてでした。
カスタードも優しい甘さで丁寧な仕事を感じます。
次はフランスパンも買いたいし、サンドイッチも買いたいです。でもフィユテは絶対にまた買います。
