金剛飯店
半蔵門駅近くにあるダイヤモンドホテルの
1Fにある中華料理店
ホテルのエントランスから入って
そのまま一番奥へ進むと
金剛飯店があります
ダイヤモンドホテルは創業60年以上の
かなり歴史のあるホテルなのですが
金剛飯店も日本が景気よかった
バブル期以前からあった記憶
個人的にこの辺りのエリア このお店は
その景気がよかった時に
よく利用していた思い出
この日は土曜日で家族連れなどの
大人数客も多かったのですが
いくつかに仕切られた店内に
上手に振り分けてくれました
こういう対応は流石ホテルだなぁ
おかげで静かに食事ができました
ホテルの老舗中華料理店ですが
わりとリーズナブルなコースや

メインは3番の炒飯にしました
確認忘れてましたがこの日の炒飯は
海老かな？
まずは大きめなポットのお茶とサラダ
5分程で炒飯と搾菜とスープが来ました
綺麗に卵コーティングされて
パラパラの炒飯は色味も塩加減も丁度良い
デザートの杏仁豆腐も
口当たりよく量も結構あった
お客さんは多かったのに
落ち着いて食べられたのは
スタッフの気配りのおかげか
食事以外でもお得感のあるお昼でした
