Irregular Kisu meat set meal
This is a continental Chinese restaurant in the Kojimachi/Hanzomon area. All-you-can-eat rice, salad, and boiled Gyoza / Dumpling. Even Bento (boxed lunch) is self-serve. A system where you leave a 500 yen coin. Kisu meat set meal 1000 yen It was a rich mousse ro with pork, egg, wood ear mushrooms, carrots, bamboo shoots, and spinach. The seasoning is strong and the rice goes well, but it looks like they used a lot of oil. In addition to the almond tofu that always comes with Chinese food in this area, it even came with sesame dumplings.
広東風vsシンガポール風焼きビーフン対決
具材はどちらも同じですが、広東風は一般的な
オイスターソースや中国醤油の味付けです。
シンガポール風はカレー味でした。
なんでシンガポールでカレー？ウマいけど。
そして予想外に美味しかった牛バラ煮込み。
一口目は甘辛くて、トロットロのバラ肉を噛むと
八角の香りと余韻が残る後味。なにこれ美味しい。
定食のスープはリバヨン様を彷彿とさせる
卵スープ。これオカズにご飯食べられます。
杏仁豆腐と13時過ぎは珈琲も。
この界隈の街中華の大陸的で大雑把な接客とは違い、
ニコニコと愛想がよい店員さんも好印象です。
