This restaurant is famous for being Japan's first fugu restaurant in Shimonoseki, located in Nagatacho, and I had lunch at their Tokyo branch. All the rooms in the restaurant are private, giving it a high-class feel like a traditional Japanese restaurant. This time I made a reservation for the fugu set meal for 3,850 yen. The fugu meat in the tessa was firm and crunchy, and the ponzu sauce was refreshing and delicious. The deep-fried fugu was also thick and delicious. The tetchiri hotpot was a private pot, and the fugu meat was tender and had plenty of vegetables, which was delicious. The rice was also just as tasty. The sesame pudding had a gentle flavor and was delicious. This time I went around 1pm, and the restaurant was full, but it was nice to be able to relax in the private room. I think it's great that you can enjoy a range Pork Dishes at a reasonable price. I'd like to return if I want to eat fugu again.
