初めての半蔵門で良いお店に出会えました！
店内ほぼ満席。
サラリーマン、女子会、カップルなど年齢層客層幅広いです。
テイクアウトもやってるみたいです。
カウンター席が空いていたのでラッキーでした！
しかもカウンター席限定のコースに心惹かれ頼むことに。
まずは泡と生ビールで乾杯♪
最初にパンが来ました。
温めた状態ででてきました！嬉しい！
次にシャルキュトリー3種盛合せ。
これが、ほんとに、本当に美味しかった！！
とくに豚肉のリエット。
これをパンに乗せて食べる！
丁度良い塩加減、ペーストっぽくなってるのでパンとの相性抜群！！
日本酒で珍しい物がたくさんあったので「花茶」を頼みました。
お花の良い香り〜
ジャスミン茶を強く感じました。
これは日本酒なのか？！飲んだことない、でも強いて言うなら桂花陳酒みたいな感じでした。
好み分かれそうですが私は好きでしたー！
鯛のカルパッチョ。
金目鯛と真鯛だったかな？
2種類なんて贅沢！！
金目鯛甘くて美味しいーー！！
タレ(ドレッシング)がまた美味しさを引き立てています！
1番食べたかったブイヤベース到着！
魚介の旨味が鼻からぬける。
ここで赤ワインの軽めを頼もうとしましたが、お姉さんにロゼを勧めて頂いたのでそちらにしました。
もうさすがです！！
程よい酸味のあるロゼが合う！！
このブイヤベース、残りをリゾットにしてくれます。
楽しみは後ほど。
お次はブラックアンガス牛 ミスジのロースト。
綺麗なピンク色。
お肉の味がしっかり感じられて美味しい、幸せ〜❤︎
脂っぽくなくさっぱりと頂けました。
赤ワイン重めと相性バッチリでした！！
そして先程のブイヤベースのリゾット。
お、おいしーーーーー！！！
旨味が凝縮されてます。
お米に染み込んでうまーーー！！
最後に日向夏のシャーベット。
さっぱりとさわやかな味わい。
乗ってたいちごも甘くて美味しかった。
最初から最後までどれも素晴らしくて言うことなし！！
てかこのコース3500円って信じられない！！
満足感半端ないです。
そしてなによりホールのお姉さんがとても気さくで心地良い接客でした！
また半蔵門に来た時は絶対このお店行く！！
