美味しい鮨屋さんはたくさんあります。
最後は人柄が全てを決めるのは、どのお店もそうなのかなと。
こちらの大将は豪快そうな風貌からは想像できない丁寧なお仕事をされています。
気配りもさることながら、お話が上手い。
こんなに賑やかに鮨を食べたのはいつぶりだろう。
とても楽しくいただくことができました。
また、再訪したいお鮨屋さんです。
