今夜は、永田町のおうみさんに行ってまいりました！
コースの構成は私が好きな、おつまみから始まり、焼き物、煮物、刺身、にぎり、巻物などのバリエーションがちゃんと組み立てあって始めてだったのですが非常に食べてて心地よく美味しいくいただけました。しゃりは酢は効いている方で温かめでした。ネタにカブを追加したり、ジュレを使ったりツマミの醤油にカラシを使ったりと和洋のエッセンスを取り入れて新しさの中にもそれはあくまでも素材を活かす為の技法で奥の深さを改めて感じました！！
店主の人柄も良くて雰囲気がいい中で気持ちよくいただけました！美味しいかったです。
