Visited around 7:30 p.m. ☺︎ There were people at this time of the day on a holiday, but some seats were empty. The staff was waiting for us at the outside entrance. The welcoming style was amazing. We ordered a la carte instead of a course. ♥Special Negitang ♥Tang ♥Special Kalbi ♥Special Harami ♥Choregi Salad ♥Yamagata no Imoni ♥Soba Koi Cold Noodles Half I usually order for 2 people including Negitang. Negitang is skewered and grilled as it is. The waiter will grill it for you at the beginning. If you tell them you want them all grilled, they will grill them for you. It is difficult to grill them.... The green onions, on the other hand, don't spill out too much. The taste was quite refreshing. I personally would have preferred it a little thicker. The meat was generally average. I was not particularly impressed with the meat. I thought the salad, taro stew, and Cold Noodles were tastier. I was personally satisfied to have Yamagata's specialty!
