Our most popular item is ``Handmade Soba Flour Cold Noodles'', an original Cold Noodles made with a blend of buckwheat flour that can only be found in Yamagata. The soup is homemade in the kitchen rather than commercially available. Based on a soup made with Yonezawa beef bones, chicken bones, and vegetables such as green onions and carrots, the gentle and light cold soup that brings out the flavor of the buckwheat noodles to the fullest will soak up your body warmed by Yakiniku (Grilled meat).
