knife-cut noodle are a traditional noodle dish from Xi'an, China. The name comes from the fact that the noodles are made by kneading flour and are then thrown into a boiling pot while being cut with a special knife. It features chewy noodles that are different from Ramen and udon, so mix it well with the soup and enjoy the chewy texture!

We offer two types of all-you-can-eat and drink courses that are perfect for various banquets. One is an all-you-can-eat and drink course that includes all types of Gyoza / Dumpling + 16 dishes. The other is an all-you-can-eat and drink course with 71 dishes. Each can be used by 3 or more people, and if you have 4 or more people, you will save 100 yen. This course is much cheaper than ordering individual items, so if you are visiting with a group of 3 or more, we recommend using the all-you-can-eat and drink course!
