新宿御苑の東側
四ツ谷三丁目と新宿御苑の真ん中辺りと
便利は立地では無いけれど、随分と
流行っているのは、頷ける。
今回、初訪問だが、また訪問したいと
思える、広島と鉄板焼に拘るお店。
鉄板前のカウンターを予約して訪問。
店は、殆どが予約客で満席。
お通しは ラタトゥイユと意表をつかれたが
葱と中落ちと納得豆腐 これは旨い ◎
イカのゲソ焼き これもお奨め ◎
豚バラもやしも 全く期待を裏切らない ◎
生ビールから
赤ワイン カベルネ・ソーヴィニヨンに
切り替えて、杯がすすみます。
ねぎ巻焼 は 少し味が単純かな △
牡蠣焼き 大蒜バターソースが濃厚 ○
あのButterの量を、見ると、
朝食のパンに控えめに塗ることが
無意味に感じる 塊が鉄板で熔けている
最後は
イカ天入のDXお好み焼きー広島 だ
お腹は一杯
ワイン一本、ビール ２✕２ ４本
と 沢山食べて 一人5,000円を切りました。
