19:30に二名で初訪問です。入りは８割程で結構混んでますが、四人席に二人をいれてくたりれたりして、それほどギスギスした感じがしません。
生ビールからはじめます。食事のメニューが充実していますね。
鶏のつくね団子。綺麗な生玉子が付いています。
つくねは割とサッパリしたタレですが、この生玉子をつけると一気にコクがでます。
厚揚げ、キャベツと頂きますが、順当に美味しいですね。
さわらの刺身は、少しクタッとなっている気が。最近瀬戸内の出張ご多く、美味しく、新鮮なお魚を食べているせいでしょうか。決して不味くはありませんが、まあ、こんなもんかという感じ。
ごぼうと桜えびのかき揚げ。程よい大きさで油っこくなくサッパリ、カラッと揚がっています。
鴨のねぎ焼きもいい感じ
さばのぬか漬け、ヘシコがあります。ヘシコはなかなか難しいですね。
最後にざるそばの大盛を二人でシェアすることに。ちゃんとつけ汁を二つ用意してくれて、嬉しいですね。
飲み物はビールからはじめ日本酒へ。
日本酒はメニューの右から順番に頂きます。
