PR for restaurants |
Kuraya's soba noodles are made using pure buckwheat flour without any additives, making them 100% soba.
We offer a variety of our signature dishes, including the soba restaurant staple of duck with green onions, Suzuhiro's itawasa, freshly made tamagoyaki, our specialty kakiage tempura, and chicken tsuk
...une dango. We also have a wide selection of daily recommended dishes. Enjoy them with our carefully selected local sake and shochu. Soba yuwari, made by diluting 100% buckwheat soba with buckwheat broth, is popular all year round. We recommend a bamboo steamer to finish off the meal. Warm soba noodles are also good in the winter.
