Food Specialty Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers)
[Special Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers)] The deliciousness of Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) is determined by its "freshness." Therefore, at Miyagawa, we do not narrow down the production areas of the chicken we purchase. We use brand-name chicken from various regions, such as Suigo Aka chicken from Chiba Prefecture and Daisen chicken from Tottori Prefecture, at the time of purchase. We select the most delicious charcoal.We combine Tosa Bincho charcoal and Kishu Bincho charcoal to provide Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) that brings out the color, aroma, and flavor of the chicken.We also use Miyagawa's original seasoning. Please enjoy with ``Roasted Black Hachimi'' and ``Ripe Red Sansho Pepper'' delivered directly from Kishu Wakayama.

Yakitori Miyagawa custom-made sake ``Untitled'' and ``Nama'' are specially brewed by ``Nabedana Sake Brewery,'' a venerable brewery founded in 1986, which brews the sacred sake of Shinshoji Temple in Naritasan, Chiba Prefecture. 'Spicy'. ``Untitled'' is a product that we have repeatedly tried making to match chicken dishes. Freshly squeezed "raw spicy" that does not require any "heating" or "addition of water". Please enjoy the carefully selected sake that can only be enjoyed at Miyagawa Shoten.

There are also courses limited to counter seats, so it's also recommended for dates, anniversaries, and birthday celebrations.
