JR四ツ谷駅の麹町口側から左に行った先にある人気焼き鳥店。
ランチに『凪』監修のコラボ麺がいただけるとのことで行ってきました。
平日11時30分ごろ開店直後に訪問。
社員さんなのかな、接客担当の女性がすごくしっかりなのが印象的。
ディスタンスで席を空けていることもあってすぐに満席に。
注文したのは、「すごい鶏らーめん(¥1100)」。
せっかくなので「すごい卵かけご飯(¥418)」もオーダー。
麺が大盛り無料とのことで思わずお願いしてしまいました。
待つこと8分ほどで到着。
煮玉子入りなど高いだけある豪華な見た目です。
まずはスープを一口。
濃厚というよりはあっさりとしつつコクのある出汁感。
鶏ポタ系ではなく鍋の〆のような水炊きな味わいでなかなか。
麺はむっちむちの幅広太縮れ麺でこれはおいしい。
凪と同じなのかな、大盛りにして正解な食感も楽しめるもの。
特徴的なのはワンタン的というよりパスタ的な平麺もトッピング。
凪でも思いましたがワンタンと違ってのど越しとか普通なのでなくてもいいかな。
トッピングは、鶏チャーシュー、白ネギ、煮玉子とシンプル。
チャーシューは極上のしっとり感でさすが鶏料理店と思わせてくれるもの。
煮玉子は下味なしなのかな、印象が薄かったです。
卓上備品として、”山椒香味油、黒八味、完熟赤山椒”が。
黒八味の香ばしさ、山椒の香り共に相性良く飽きずにいただけます。
”卵かけご飯”は泡立てた白身の表面を炙って黄身をトッピングした映える一品。
黄身だけくずしてかき混ぜずにどうぞとのこと。
ふんわりとした白身に濃厚な黄身の味わい、白だしの旨味のマリアージュが。
マイルドな味わいでお茶漬けとは違いますがさらさらといただけます。
もうちょい安いといいけど一度は食べる価値のある印象に残る一杯でした。
卵かけご飯もぜひ串の〆として夜も行ってみたい高級店でした。
