以前勤めていた会社の後輩二人と訪問
四ッ谷の老舗焼鳥店。
予約が結構取れないとのことですが、有料予約サイトでの斡旋が必要というレベルでもなく、1週間前後なら週末をのぞけばイケる感じです。
焼鳥のコースにグラス数杯とワインのボトルを2本？だったか頂いて3万円程度なので、リーズナブルだと思います。
焼鳥はどれも美味しかったし、
（技術というより、真面目さと素材。それがよいと思うのです。）
お料理も食べる人のことを考えて順番、味付け、箸休めも設計されており、素人っぽいバイトさんの接客もご愛想。私は好きでした。
高級店じゃないんだから、丁度よいのが、心地よいのです。
意外と量が多かったので、恥ずかしながら、後半は後輩達に食べて貰ったのが申し訳ない。。。ですが、普通の方だったら〆の卵かけご飯も含めて、量も丁度よいと思います。
私は食べきれないので、〆は鳥スープにしましたが、何か？
何よりゲストがリラックス、満足してくれてよかった。
