平日の夜に利用させていただきました。
お店は地下にあり少しだけ見つけずらい感じです。
が、階段の上でウロウロしていると店員さんが声をかけてくださり気持ちよく入店。
お通しは鶏出汁で大根を炊いたものでした。この大根激ウマ^ ^出汁が美味しい。
次に契約農家直送のがぶり野菜をいただきました。
これがうま〜い^ ^
野菜の甘味や苦味がはっきりしていて野菜の味が濃い!
醤油の実?ととっても合っています。
ウリの肉料理は普通に美味しい感じなので、野菜を真ん中においた方が良いような気がしました。
