前日の『魚や しるし』に続き今夜は『肉や しるし』でカンパイ！
つきだしの和食？中華？イタリアン？アジアン？全ての美味しいところどりをしたような、グツグツ創作鍋料理？スープ？が絶品！
なんて言うんでしょう、全てのお料理が手抜きしてなくて、素材も味も盛り付けもちゃ〜んとこだわってる完成度の高さ。
毎回絶対外せない『黒毛和牛の炙り にぎり寿司 』もとろっとろで幸せ(^^)
