鮭ハラス＆サバの『備長炭』炭火焼定食。
二つとも、皮はカリッとこんがり、身は油がのってふっくらしていて美味しゅうございました！
普段は魚の皮を食べないのですがこれは食べられました。
また他のメニューを食べに訪れたいです。
