2016年の12月にしんみち通りにオープンしたヌフと言う店に昼ごはんで行って見た。
ランチ看板のクスクスランチ1000円というのが気になっていた。
ランチ営業開始当初から変わらないメニューなんだ。ランチはこれ一つ。
階段を上って２階にある店の扉を開ける。
テーブル席とオープンキッチンのカウンター席があった。
窓際のテーブル席に着いた。
厨房が男性。フロアは女性の二人で切盛りしていた。
ランチにはコーヒーか紅茶が付くので、アイスコーヒーを注文した。
黒板のメニューを眺めると、コンフィやパデドカンパーニュ等フレンチものだ。
ランチメニューのクスクスもフレンチレストランで見かける料理だ。
内装の感じからも小さなフレンチ店のような印象。
料理が運ばれてきた。
最初にキッシュとサラダのプレート。
輪郭のはっきりした酸味のドレッシングの効いた葉っぱのサラダに、チーズの香りがいい感じのキッシュだ。
メインのクスクスの皿が運ばれてきた。
メニューにはクスクルロワイヤルと銘打ってあった。
クスクスに添えてあるのは仔羊と野菜のトマトスパイスソース煮。
仔羊の肉に、クミンとトマトの酸味が加わったソースが合う。
中近東の香りだ。
温野菜も蕪、人参、スナップエンドウ等たっぷりだ。
クスクスが水気を吸ってしまいソースが足らなくなった。そこへフロア係の女性がソースを足しに来てくれた。
スパイシーなクスクスにフレンチっぽい前菜。
無国籍なランチを堪能した。
出来ればワインを頂きたかったが午後も仕事が待っているのでガマン。
ご馳走様でした。
