4月11日 軽い夕食で訪問。
夕食後に軽く一杯のつもりで訪問。美味しいカリフォルニアのワインが多数揃っている貴重なお店です。
時間が遅かったので先客は１組のみ。あまり大きなお店ではありません。内装はオシャレなビストロといった感じですが、程よくアットホームな感もあって非常に良いです！
オークの香りが強いシャルドネと、サバの自家製スモークなど簡単なつまみをオーダー。
このシャルドネは非常に美味しかったです。オークの香りが好きな人には非常におすすめのワインです。辛口ですがオークの香りでスモーキーな感じが最高でした。
そしてそれにサバのスモークがよく合うこと。これだけで十分だと思いました。
最後に赤ワインを一杯飲んでサクッと帰りました。次回は料理込みで来たいと思いました。
