四ツ谷駅から徒歩2分ほど。
ですが、路地裏で、さらに路地から奥まった
ところにあります。
開店してまだ2年と少しらしいですが、
これは、知らないと入れません。
この日、ランチにお邪魔しましたが、
3000円のコースとは思えない充実した内容で、
満足感が高かったです。
店内は、カウンター6席と半個室のみ。
では、ランチの内容です。
１，前菜

・磯つぶ貝
・栃尾油揚げ
・ポテトサラダ
２，お造り
・本マグロ
・鰯
・ひらめ

イサキの焼き物

和豚しゃぶしゃぶ

きちんと、タイミングを計って
釜炊きです。
お味噌汁
６，バスクチーズケーキ
これがちょっと驚きでした。
７，紅茶
かなり手慣れていらっしゃる大将で、
段取りもよく、お一人でもくもくと仕事を
されていました。
前菜の盆には、きちんと梅の木をあしらい、
細やかな気配りも。
肩肘が張らない、気軽な雰囲気ながら、
きちんとした仕事です。
再訪したいと思います。
