9月の平日の月曜日、昼間13時30分くらいに伺いました。
四谷見附の交差点に新しい立ち食いのお寿司やさんが
9月22日にオープンしたので、初訪問。
四谷一丁目界隈には高級なお寿司屋さんは多いけど立ち食いのお寿司屋さんは
多分初めてなのではないでしょうか。
店頭には胡蝶蘭の花が飾られていて新店の香りがします。
店内は調理場と対面のカウンターと壁沿いのカウンターもあり10人少しは
入れそうです。
本日頂いたのは
●超まぐろづくし 1650円 +うに単品 340円
内容は

お椀付
シャリは酢が優しくほんわかなかんじで山葵もきつくはないです。
まぐろは新鮮で量的にも満足でした。
若い方には少ないかも
雲丹は美味しかったです。
提供される店舗も良く握ってくる店長？もいい感じでした。
以前四谷三丁目にある本店にはお邪魔したことがあって
接客が良かったので好印象でした。
今回は店長らしき人と女性スタッフの二名体制でお客さんを
大切にするおもてなしが感じ良かったです。
店頭でのテイクアウトも始めているようでお客さんが立ち止まるごとに
声かけを行っていました。
ご馳走様でした。
