Anの赤坂店には以前訪れたことがあり、その美味しさを知っていたので、今回は四ツ谷店に足を運んでみました。店内の雰囲気は少し雑然としていましたが、料理の質はやはり一流。提供されたヒレカツは、柔らかすぎずにしっかりとした食感があり、衣のサクサク感も私の好みでした。ヒレ肉の淡白さとは裏腹に、味わい深く、非常に満足できる一品でした。
オープン直後の訪問だったため、上シリーズのメニューが500円引きの特価で提供されており、この価格でこのクオリティはかなりお得感があります。特にヒレやロースなど、通常は高価な部位も気軽に楽しめるのが嬉しいポイントです。
カツ丼も気になっているので、またランチタイムに訪れてみたいと思っています。この店のタレカツ丼は特に評判が良いようなので、次回の訪問が楽しみです。
