四ッ谷三丁目にあるお寿司屋さん。いつもこちらのほうのエリアでご飯を食べることが少ない私にとってはすごく新鮮でした！！
マグロの漬けから始まり、ここは結構ワサビを多めにいれるんだなぁーという印象です。私はワサビ多めが好きなので全然問題ないのですが。
美味しかったなぁとは思いますが、これといって印象に残るのがなかったのが少し残念。最近のお鮨屋さんは、少しでも覚えてもらえるように、斬新なメニューを１品だけ出しておこう！って考えがあるのかな？と思っていて。パフォーマンスも味も。(例えば、開けたら湯気が出てくる～、とか。玉子焼きにとてもこだわりがある～、とか。)ある意味、昔ながらのやり方で突出した味をださないようにしているのかしら？
とにかく全体的に美味しかったけど、『ここのこれがどこよりも美味しい！』という印象はなく、私のなかでは『ワサビが多め！』という印象が残ってしまいました。
