大きな牡蠣、厚めのヒラメ昆布締め、アイナメの煮こごり、タケノコ煮と続いた後、あんこう鍋が出てくる。トラフグ鍋と違って、スープには辛味を含む若干濃いめの味がつけられており、ネギや白菜が沢山入っている。鮟鱇はクエやフグより匂いがあるイメージなのでそうなんだろうと思ったが、この店の鮟鱇は臭みがなくて美味しかった。最後は雑炊ではなく、ご飯の上に残り汁をかけて食べるが、これがとても美味い。若干値段はするが、満足できる。
