金曜夜に予約して利用しました。
四谷三丁目駅から徒歩5分程度、新宿通りの一本裏手側にあります。西麻布の人通りが少ないところにある、名店を醸し出す雰囲気。
目立たない入り口なのでウォークインはしにくい。
最初にひよこ豆のポタージュが登場。
この香ばしさはなんだろう、終始解明できなかったのが悔しい。
ブッラータとフルーツトマトのカプレーゼ
ブッラータの上にアンチョビがのっていました。
トマト、チーズ、アンチョビ、オリーブオイルがフィーチャリングすると絶妙な塩加減、コク、香りでフュージョンしています。
ランプレドット
味がしっかりついているが、2種のソースをお好みでかけるそうです。パセリのソースとトマトだったでしょうか？どちらも立っていてアクセントには良い。ただ、そのままで食べてもしっかり味が染みていて十分な美味しさです。
牛頰肉のテリーヌ
なんと、テリーヌの中にレンズ豆が。そしてバルサミコがよお〜くマッチしておる。これはこれは最高の一品ですわ、赤ワインゴクゴク進むやつですよ、
あ、オーストラリアのワインを置いていたので大好きなピノ Aussie Ver.を頼みました。
衝撃的なお味、酸味がありピノっぽくない！とビックリしました。
カジキマグロのカツレツ
カツレツなんてなかなか食べないです。久々にいただきました、控えめで主張しない味。ワインが強かったので、レモンをたっぷり絞ったカツレツが程よく合いました。
食事は全て美味しいです。間違いないお味。
しっかりディナー、デートには最高。
もう少し気軽に頼めるメニューがあれば一人でサクッときたいところです！
