Certo was born in Macquarie Street, Sydney, Australia in 1999. It started as a unique Restaurants that serves Italian cuisine prepared by a Japanese chef using fresh Australian ingredients. It won num
...erous awards and was even featured in local newspapers. In 2003, we moved to Kent Street, and on December 15, 2006, we opened "Celto Tokyo" in Yotsuya 3-chome, Tokyo. We call it Certo Wine & Dining, and we offer Italian cuisine with a focus on Australian wine. We have a selection of vintage Australian wines that are difficult to find in Japan, and we serve unconventional Italian Cuisine dishes that match the wines.
