平日a.m10:00前、待ち時間ゼロ。カウンター席（椅子アリ＆ナシ）、テーブル席共に充分な空席アリでした。『ドランク塚地のふらっと立ち食いそば』に登場していて気になっていました。ちなみに、24H営業です。
オーダーは食券制。入口入って右手の券売機から食券を購入したら、店奥のカウンター腰に店員さんに手渡します。その際、選んだメニューによって【もり or かけ】や【ひや or かけ】等を告げるべしです。
今回、【大海老そば】を【かけ】でお願いしました。そばの上には、はみ出す海老や刻みネギに加え、ワカメも。
そばは自家製麺。挽きたてのそば粉を毎日店舗で製麺しているのだそう。温そばでもダレておらず、啜る行為が心地良き。やや甘めかもしれない、お出汁の旨味の効いたつゆとの相性も良好でした。
また、お供の天ぷらは揚げたて。食券を手渡した後に揚げていただけるので、少々お時間かかるものと思います。衣に包まれた海老は細身ながらもアツアツ、プリップリ。フレッシュにさえ感じた次第。上天丼やかつ丼なんかもラインナップしているようで、そちらも気になってしまうのでした。
