同僚と4名で予約をして、こちらのお店に伺いました。
先日、秋田料理のお店に行く機会があった際に、比内地鶏が美味しかったので焼き鳥で食べたいと思い、予定を合わせてこちらに伺いました。
30席ほどのお店ですが、予約で埋まっているようでした。
予約していたので直ぐに案内いただきましたが、人気のあるお店だというのが伺えました。
楽しみにしていた、比内地鶏の焼き鳥を全種類注文し、いくつか季節のおすすめメニューも注文しました。
もう一つ、口コミで評価記載の多かった草鍋というメニューを注文しました。
どうやって注文していいか分からなかったので、最初は二人前だけ注文しましたが、それだけだと野菜のみだったようで、あとから豚肉とお豆富を注文しました。
比内地鶏はどれも歯ごたえもしっかりあり旨味の強い焼き鳥でとても美味しかったです。
特にねぎ間ま上にもも肉がついていてねぎを挟んでむね肉がついている串になっていて
食感も味も変わりお値打ちの焼き鳥でした。
季節のおすすめも、水茄子を注文しましたが、新鮮な水茄子で食べさせ方が面白く
はちみつか塩で食べると説明を受けました。
はちみつ？と思いましたが食べてみると意外な感じですがとても合っていて美味しかったです。
草鍋は文字通り野菜中心のお鍋ですが、スープは比内地鶏のガラと鰹だしとなっていて
お野菜を入れる前に少し飲みましたが、塩味があるように感じましたがあっさりとしたスープで美味しかったです。
野菜をいれて丁度良い感じでした。
お野菜も特徴のあるお野菜が多く、軽く火を通す感じで食べられる野菜が多くあり美味しいお野菜でした。
お野菜は、自家農園のお野菜との事でした。
〆に雑炊も注文しましたが、こだわり卵で食べる雑炊は良かったです。
比内地鶏なので高いのかな？と思っていましたがそんなことはなく、コスパの良いお店だと思います。
また伺いたいお店でした。
