A popular yakitori restaurant located between Yotsuya-Sanchome Station and Akebonobashi Station. I was in the mood for yakitori on the weekend, so I called and they were available, so I went. There was a small counter and a few table seats in the not-so-large restaurant, and it was crowded with quite a few young customers from early in the day, but there was only one table seat available, so I was seated. I quickly ordered the menu and ordered the [7-piece yakitori set], [Senshu Mizunasu sashimi], and [Asparagus sashimi] + drink, and the appetizers arrived first in about 5 minutes. Both the asparagus and the Mizunasu sashimi were fresh and fresh, and I ate them simply with salt, but they were delicious. It's getting a little hot at lunchtime, so it's nice to have these seasonal vegetables chilled. Then the yakitori came in order, and we had heart, chicken breast, green onion, liver, furisode, harami, and tsukune, and all of them had good meat quality and were cooked well. The negi-ma and furisode in particular are thick cuts, but they were grilled juicy and you could really taste the flavor of the meat. We also ordered the skin, thigh meat, chicken breast, and quail meat, which were all delicious. However, it was disappointing that the quail egg was cold and not yet cooked through. Most skewers are generally in the 300 yen range, but some skewers are not very cost-effective. It seems best to order your favorite skewers separately here. Next time, I would like to try the specialty kusa nabe as the main dish.
