We recommend the steam hot pot, which is said to be good for health and beauty. This is a traditional Yunnan dish in which ingredients are steamed using a pot with a wax-like protrusion in the center of the bottom. The cooking method uses only the moisture from the ingredients and steams them for 4 to 5 hours without using any water, and the only seasoning is salt.
