東京に雲南料理のお店はいろいろあり、なんとなくすべて同じチェーンなのかな？ と思っていたけど、いろいろ読み解くと違う感じ。
そしてこちらが熱い様子。
お店が、売れたい、流行りたい、がんばりたいって叫んでるーー！
雲南料理で米の丸い麺がありますが、あれは不思議な感じですね。貴州料理屋とかでも食べた発酵させた米の麺。あれの美味しさがまだわからず今回はスルー（炒め楽しみ気になるけど）
連れはホルモン入り麻婆豆腐
自分はキクラゲ卵、豚肉炒め
あと汽鍋を単品で。
ホルモン入り麻婆豆腐は、麻婆はうまい。けどホルモンが大腸感ある。この臭みは、日本人は乗り越えられない気も。
キクラゲは普通。
でも汽鍋はマジでうまい。
そうだよね、厨房のシェフ。
日和ってありていな唐揚げ定食とか作りたくはないよね。やっぱ雲南料理作りたいよねー！
夜の飲み放題見てたら、汽鍋も組み込まれた2時間飲み放題があり、職場が近い方はまず社用で飲み会するのだ！ ガチ中華好きはここで飲み会するのだ！
ランチは、お米のお代わり自由で、アイスコーヒーのペットボトルが置かれたドリンクバーもある。気鍋を食べにまた行くから、それまで頑張ってほしい。
