四谷三丁目駅すぐの、カウンターしかない小さなお寿司屋さん。綺麗で清潔で、明るい店内。店の雰囲気も明るい。
お任せのコースで、お寿司に至るまでも中々のインパクトのある内容でした。珍味っぽい濃い味のものが続いて、大好物のオンパレードで、寿司に至らず帰れるくらいの満足度でした。
そして始まったお寿司。カワハギに肝が乗ってて、大間のマグロのトロがとろけて、アナゴもあたたかふわふわで、全員主役級。なんて表現すればいいんだろうとわからなかったのですが、大将が破壊力のあるお寿司とおっしゃっていて、それだと思いました。
一通り食べ終わってからリピートオーダーもしました。普段はリピートの候補にはマグロが来ることはないのですが、この日はマグロは絶対食べたかった。人生一美味しいトロだったんじゃないかな、くらい感動のおいしさだったので。
寿司の前に帰らないでよかったです。美味しくてちょっと食べすぎてしまいました。自分の胃袋の限界を忘れるくらい、破壊されました。
絶対また行きたいし、紹介したいお店です。ごちそうさまでした。
