荒木町にある、ビストロONZIへ。
今回が初訪問になります。
訪問した日は平日の夕方でしたが、シェフ1人での対応のようです。
店内は細長いタイプのお店で入口横に1つテーブルがあり、あとは少し長めのカウンターになります。
コースもありましたが、今回は初訪問でいろいろ注文したかったので、今回はアラカルトでの注文。
まずはスパークリングワインをグラスで注文し、メニューを見て、吟味します。
待っているとまずはお通しでコーンスープが出てきました。
濃厚な味わいでとても美味しかったです。
2名での訪問でしたので、メニューにある前菜の盛り合わせを2名分注文しました。
そして、
白子のムニエルバター醤油風味
エスカルゴのブルゴーニュ風
メインのお肉はシェフの地元でもある、西和賀地どりのグリル
〆の炊き込みご飯（三陸産牡蠣と花巻ホロホロ鳥の炊き込みご飯）
とオーダーしました。
炊き込みご飯まで食べるとけっこうお腹いっぱいです。
中でも白子のムニエルと三陸産牡蠣と花巻ホロホロ鳥の炊き込みご飯は非常に美味しかったです。
炊き込みご飯はスペイン料理のアロスメロスに似ている印象で個人的には非常に好みの味でした。
時季によっても異なるとのことでしたので、また別の時季の炊き込みご飯も食べてみたいですね。
