肉の概念が変わる、人生3本指に入る名店
知人に誘われて訪問
お店の外観も素敵な佇まいで、否が応でも料理の期待が高まる
そして結論から言おう
めちゃくちゃ美味しかった
表題にも記したとおり、肉ってのはこんなに美味いのかと思わされる
『肉懐石』と謳うだけあって肉づくしの料理がずらり
かといって重たくはなく、ペロリといただける
どれも気が利いていて、当然だがその辺の料理とは一線を画す味わい
コースの量や提供のペースなども申し分なし
地味だが意外と重要な要素だと思っている
私の拙い人生なので参考にならないとは思うが、間違いなく3本指に入る、本当は1番と言っても過言ではないお店だ
最後にオリジナルのミントタブレットまで頂戴し、大満足という言葉では言い表せない幸福感で店を後にした
多少値が張ろうともぜひまた足を運びたいと心から思える良店である

あの感動をもう一度
というわけでまたお邪魔してきた
端正な佇まいの外観に前回の記憶が蘇る…
実に美味かった
そして今回も先に言っておく
前回を超える美味さであった
前に良い印象の時というのは、前回と同等だとしてもがっかりするものだ
それなのにも関わらず、今回遥かに想像を超える印象を持ったことはお店はかなり努力で良化してるのであろう
よく聞く月並みの言葉で、普段思ったことはないが今回『親に食べさせたい』と本当に思った
隅から隅まで気の利いた食事に誰もがきっと満足以上を味わえるだろう
