You can enjoy Kobe beef and Ota beef delivered directly from Ota Farm in Kobe. We serve beef with a low melting point and melt-in-your-mouth taste in a variety of ways, and our lean sashimi and raw yukhoe are our signature specialties. We are particular about specially cultivated domestic vegetables and fish, as well as seasonal ingredients, and the contents change depending on the season. The ``Black Tongue Shabu shabu shabu Course'', which features rare domestic Japanese black Cow tongue and specially selected Wagyu Zabuton shabu-shabu shabu, is also the ultimate in luxury.
