四ツ谷または四谷三丁目から、どちらも徒歩5分ちょっとの所にある肉懐石凛然。
目の前で調理してもらえる個室カウンターで、グルメな友達と最高の肉懐石を堪能してきました。
~凛然極コース~
まずは〝但馬牛サーロインのユッケキャビアのせ〟
おろしたてのわさびと共に、極薄肉でキャビアを
巻く。とっても柔らかいお肉で食べた瞬間あっという間になくなった！
〝但馬牛と雲丹の手巻き〟
雲丹と肉を一緒に手巻きにしちゃうとか誰が考えたんでしょうか…こちらも食べた瞬間、雲丹とお肉があっという間にとけてなくなった！
想像を遥かに超えたビジュアルの〝但馬牛のミニカツ丼〟
薄い衣で覆われた、柔らかすぎるカツが乗った究極のカツ丼。幸せ。
〝牛タンのフカヒレあん〟
これは牛タン！？と思ったくらい柔らかくお箸で切れる牛タン。ふかひれ餡に白米欲しくなった！
お肉がキラキラ光っていた〝但馬牛の炭火焼き〟
おこのみで塩やブラックペッパー、山葵、醤油でいただく雌の但馬牛。重すぎないお肉なのでシンプルに塩で食べるのが絶品でした。
〝筍の炊き込みご飯〟土鍋で炊き上がった筍の炊き込みご飯は間違いない美味しさ。
全てのお肉が柔らかく、一口一口幸せな気持ちに…( ⁎ᵕᴗᵕ⁎ )
さらに、凛然さんは食事のクオリティだけでなく器も素敵でした。
