This store opened in December 2023, just a short walk from Akebonobashi Station. I was curious about the road I had passed many times, so I decided to visit it. You can freely order a la carte dishes or nigiri from the a la carte menu. You can also order all-you-can-drink separately. This is a system where you can take drinks freely from the refrigerator, but for those who drink a lot of different types, ordering is required. This time I was having fun drinking with friends, so I couldn't take any notes. One dish includes rock mozuku vinegar, red bean liver ponzu sauce, grilled seawater leek in oil, and spring rolls with Oyster and shungiku. For the rest, we decided to order what we wanted to eat. Many of the dishes go well with alcohol, and the nigiri is also authentic. All of them were delicious, but Oyster and shungiku spring rolls were innovative and my favorite. A rare restaurant where you can easily eat just what you want, whenever you want. I would like to visit again if I have a chance.
