世界三大料理のひとつトルコ料理。日本ではなかなかトルコ料理をいただくチャンスは少ないのですが今夜はボスボラス海峡の名を冠にしたハサンシェフのお店にやって参りました。シェフのハサン氏は日本におけるトルコ料理の先駆者ということで、こちらの本店を新宿にオープンしたのが1993年。日本にトルコ料理の魅力を広めた伝道師といってもいいかもしれません。店員もみなさんトルコやイスタンブールのネイティブの方かと察します。
ハラール対応ということなので豚肉はなさそうですがお酒はあるのでご安心を。お品書きの料理名はトルコ語ですが日本語のキャプションがあるので安心です。事前に食べるべきトルコ料理みたいな内容のサイトを少し予習してきたのでアタフタせず主要料理を落ち着いて全部オーダーできました。

前菜の盛り合わせ
・チェルケズ ダヴ（チキンペースト）
・アジル エズメ（辛い野菜のペースト）
・ボスボラスサラダ（ポテトサラダ）
・パトゥルジャン サラタス（ナスのペーストサラダ）
・フムス（エジプト豆のサラダ）
このペーストたちをパンにつけていただきます。パンはナンに近い食感と味でそのままでも美味しいですね。ペーストは、特にフムスとアジルエズメが好きな味です。これは美味いぞ。
● 「マントゥ」
トルコ風ぎょうざヨーグルトかけ
何でしょうねこれ。隣国がブルガリアなのでさすがヨーグルトは美味しいです。しかし具材は何でしょうね。トッポギとワンタンとショートパスタの円の中心にあるような食感です。美味しいです。
●「クイマル ピデ」
挽肉のトルコピザ
おそらくラム肉で、生地はピザというよりパンに近いです。これは色々なお酒に合いますね。
●「ウズガラ キョフテ」
網焼きミートボール
キョフテ、は必食ということでいただきました。ハンバーグといっていいでしょう。合い挽き肉ではないと思いますが…これもラム肉でしょうか。全然クセはなく普通のハンバーグとして美味しくいただけます。
●「クズ シシ」
ラムの串焼き
撮影できませんでしたが見栄えのよい、これぞラムーーって感じの串焼きです。少し硬めなのでナイフで刻んでいただきます。やはりこれもクセなくいただけます。
たくさんいただきました。ホール担当女性の配膳が結構ラフでワイルドですがトルコはそういう文化なのかもしれません。
ごちそうさまでした。トルコ料理、堪能しました。美味しかったです。
