スペインの文化センターの最上階にある、レストラン。料理も本格派です。
パーティやイベント会場としても使われるのだそうです。ランチは1,200円で、本場のパエリアがあります。
この日は仕事終わりで、プラス400円で、スープをガスパチョに変更です。

パエリアはスープを吸ってウマウマな米。日本の炊き方と違い、キリッと芯があるのも、本場風。
エビ、イカ、アサリ、野菜、具材もたっぷり。サフランの清涼感に、少し辛みがあり、大人の味わい。
ガスパチョはさっぱり、キュウリ風味に、トマト味のクリーム。
麹町でサクッとスペイン旅行。
