JRと東京メトロ、都営地下鉄の市ヶ谷駅から九段方向に徒歩数分の場所にあるこちらのお店。一時期はメディアでも話題となり、今では都内各所に支店があるイタリアンラーメンのお店ですね。実に久し振りの訪問となりました。私はちなみに、ここ市ヶ谷の本店でしか食べたことがありません。
平日の13時半頃にお店到着です。店内は比較的余裕がある状態でした。いつも通りの1人で入店です。券売機がタッチパネルになっていました。
ラーメンにチーズを投入してイタリアンスタイルを醸し出すらぁ麺フロマージュですが、生ハム入りを一度食べたところ結構な塩気を感じたので、今回は生ハム無しの注文にしました。
結論、自分としてはこちらが正解でした。元々のベースとなる塩ラーメン自体はクオリティが高いですし、細麺との相性も抜群で、そこにチーズが加わることによってさらに塩気が足されるのでちょうどバランスが良かったです。味玉も良い感じでした。
らぁ麺フロマージュを頼んで麺を食べ終え、店員さんに頼むと締めのご飯が出てきます。これをチーズが溶けたスープに投入してリゾット風に締められるのも良いですね。これは変わらぬ名案です。
久し振りのらぁ麺フロマージュ、堪能させていただきました。
