女性からの圧倒的な支持を誇る、イタリアン風ラーメンの金字塔的名店。
今や都内を中心に幅広く支店を展開するこちらのお店。以前から気になってはいたものの、お恥ずかしながら初訪問です。
今回注文したのは、透き通った黄金色の塩スープに、チーズがどどんと乗せられた衝撃的なビジュアルの一杯。
鶏ベースの塩スープは繊細でありながら力強く、後味には昆布やホタテの伸びやかな余韻もビシビシと感じられる、単体で見てもかなりの高クオリティ。✨✨✨
後半にかけて徐々に、程よい酸味のチーズが溶け込んでいくことによりマイルドなスープへ変化して行くのも面白いです。
麺は加水率高めでしなやかな細ストレート。
モチモチっとコシのある食感で、そのままのスープとの絶妙なマリアージュはもちろん、チーズを絡ませながらいただくことでさながらカルボナーラのようなリッチな味わいに。✨
トッピングはデフォルトでネギだけとシンプルながら、それがこの一杯の最適解だと思わせてくれるほど自然に香り高い風味を演出します。
麺を食べ終えた後はお待ちかねのリゾットセットタイム。✨
美人玄米ご飯と水菜の入った器にスープを入れてもよし、その逆も然り、チーズが溶け込んだ濃厚な味わいを堪能することでき最後まで至福のひとときを堪能できます。
イロモノと侮るなかれ、しっかりとした知識と技術の上に成りたったハイクオリティな構成の一杯でした。
