市ヶ谷にあるイタリアン風ラーメンに初訪問。ミシュランも獲得されてます。
らぁ麺生ハムフロマージュ¥1380を券売機で購入。
ラーメンの透き通った黄金色の塩スープの上にはトロリ系チーズが乗せられてます。見た目がまず斬新。
細麺とチーズに絶妙な塩梅の塩スープが絡むと、すっきりしつつも深みもある味わい。
オリーブオイルの風味やパルマ産生ハムの風味や塩味が良いアクセントになってます。
麺を食べ終わると雑穀米をスープに投入してリゾット風にして食べて締めるスタイル。
美味しかったです。
