友人が強くオススメしてたこともあり今回訪問。
久々の新規ラーメン店ということもあり胸は高鳴る。店内の雰囲気はまるでイタリアン料理店。ラーメン屋と言われてもピンと来ないほどラーメン屋っぽくない内装や卓上の痒いところに手が届く部分にも感銘。
支払い方法は前払いで豊富な支払い方法に対応してるのも○
注文から5分弱で着丼
◾️レモンらー麺¥1280
まずはスープ。
味わったことのない味。レモンの強烈な酸味が口を駆け巡る。レモンと器の中であまり触れ合ってないスープを飲んでも強烈なレモンの酸味。斬新ではあるが美味しいのかと言われれば首を捻る。しかし、そんな私のファーストインプレッションを変えてみせたのは麺を頂いてからである。
麺は柔めでもちもちでラーメンの麺というよりはパスタに近い。しかし、この麺が非常に美味しい。かつスープとの融和性も高くかつよく絡む。
これは新しい。
好みの系統ではないにしろ数百軒行ったラーメン屋で五本指に入る中毒性を感じた。まさに唯一無二。
