オホーツクの恵み湧別町（市ヶ谷）～ご飯の美味しい北海道の食材を生かした和食ランチ｜プリンセスマイラーの正しい休日の過ごし方
休日のランチ、海鮮を食べたいけれど遠出はちょっとの気分で、こちらへ伺いました。
市ヶ谷にある「オホーツクの恵み湧別町」です。
以前からお店の前を通るたび、この大きな看板が気になっていました。北海道で獲れたての魚介類がいただけそうな感じがしませんか？
この階段を上がった2階がお店です。
思った以上に明るい店内です。オープンから間もないのか、什器類も新しくて気持ちいいです。
ランチメニューは季節のメニューのほか、
定番のメニューがあるようです。
旦那は「北御前」（1350円）を。お刺身、季節の小鉢、鮭の山漬け焼きいくらおろし掛け、知床鶏ザンギの定食。ご飯は、北海道産の「ゆめぴりか」です。
どのお料理にも北海道らしい食材が使われています。サーモン好きの旦那は、お刺身に焼き魚にサーモンが使われていて、そして、から揚げまであってボリューム満点、大満足だったようです。
妻は、「オホーツク刺身定食」（1380円）を。
お刺身は、帆立、いくら、サーモン、マグロ、鰹、いかと盛りだくさん。いずれも新鮮、これだけの種類があれば充分です。（普段いただいている、タカマル鮮魚店に比べると、普通の盛りです。）
何よりもよかったのは、ご飯が美味しいこと。少し前に「ゆめぴりか」を宣伝するコマーシャルをよく見かけましたが、こんなにおいしいご飯だとは知りませんでした。
こちらのお店、ご飯大盛り無料ですので、ご飯好きの方は、大盛りをお勧めします。かく言う妻も、お盛りをお願いしたところ、ご飯がお茶碗にてんこ盛りされた状態で供され、少々恥ずかしい思いをしました。
大盛りのときには、お茶碗を大きくしてもらえるとうれしいなあ・・・正直な気持ちです。
旦那のサーモンが美味しそうでしたので、次回はサーモンにしようかなと思います。さんまのシーズンに焼きさんま定食が出ないなあ、と美味しいご飯と一緒にさんまを食べることを夢見てしまいました。

事情により連日外食ランチ、久しぶりに「オホーツクの恵み」で北海道らしいランチを楽しんできました。北海道の食材を使ったメニューが楽しめる居酒屋さん、ランチタイムは、丼や定食を提供しています。
11時半の開店と同時に入店すると、2人席の個室に案内されました。
ランチの中心は北海道らしい海鮮を使った丼。サーモン、いくら、うに、かにとそそられるメニューが並びます。十勝、帯広の「豚丼」に「牛トロ丼」と肉メニューもあります。その他、ザンギ、ジンギスカン、味噌ラーメンといった北海道ならではのメニューもあり、種類は豊富。
■サーモン丼（980円）
妻はサーモン丼にしました。味噌汁と漬物が付いてきました。脂がのったサーモンの刺身が6切れ乗った豪華な丼、ご飯は酢飯がうれしいところ。サーモンがとろけるような美味しさ、酢飯との相性はよく、とても美味しい。ご飯は普通盛りを選んだところ、少々物足りなく・・・それだけ美味しかったということなのだと思います。（なお、大盛りも選べますが＋100円、大盛りにするかどうかが微妙・・・）
■北海道豚丼（980円）
夫は「肉がいいな」と十勝名物の「豚丼」を選択。味噌汁と漬物は他のメニューと共通のようです。醤油と砂糖で甘辛く味付けされた豚肉がたっぷり、紅ショウガのアクセント付き。メニューには豚肉を1.5倍、2倍にする大盛りオプションがありましたが、大盛りにしなくとも豚肉のボリュームはなかなか。
ちょっと物足りなかった妻は、アプリ登録者の特典でいただける「ザンギ2個」もいただきました。下味がしっかりついたザンギ、揚げたて熱々、皮がカリッと揚げられていてとても美味しいもの。白ご飯が欲しくなってしまうお味、ザンギの定食でもよかったかなと思うお味でした。
ここ最近、居酒屋ランチが続いていますが、どのお店のメニューも個性があって選ぶのがたのしくなるもの。ビジネス街のお店はランチ競争も激しく・・・美味しいお店が残っていくのかなと思いました。
