明太子純豆腐チゲ
低カーボ派にもそうでない人にも
ボッサム。青唐辛子、生のニンニク、味噌などの調味料もつく。
これだけ豚肉と野菜を食べれば炭水化物がなくてもしっかり満足できる。豚バラなので脂はあるけれど夜は炭水化物を食べないという人もこれはうれしいのでは。
深いコクのユッケジャン
牛肉や山菜その他の野菜など具がしっかり入っていて食べ応えもありうれしいが、何よりスープがしっかり出汁が出ていて美味しい。
お願いすれば辛さの調整もしてくださるが、個人的にはデフォルトがちょうどよい。
ヘビーローテーションしてしまう逸品。
